Hi, I’m Marie.
As a project manager by trade, I spent 10 years weaving through the legal, tech, and finance industries, working for small, medium, and publicly traded companies in New York City. When COVID-19 hit, I traded my 3rd-floor walk-up for a 3-unit multi-family in Mystic, Connecticut.
My investment model innately became “live-in flip”, where I lived in the home while I renovated it. This wasn’t new to me though. I had been on a job site with my parents for as long as I can remember and grew up watching them do it.
The goal became to slowly grow a real estate portfolio and make spaces beautiful for people. Through the process, Rie & Co. was born.
I am a Connecticut real estate agent, hold a bachelor’s degree from The University of Connecticut, and studied Interior Design at The New York Institute of Art + Design.
