We converted this empty office space into a professional private wealth advisory practice for our client Chapel View Private Wealth Group, a branch of Ameriprise.
Regarding the paint selection, we used Sherwin Williams SW1909 Rice Paper for a calming neutral and added dark navy blue accent walls to make an impact in high-traffic areas. We also added Luxury American Oak Acoustic Slat Wood Wall Panels from the Wood Veneer Hub for a sophisticated, sleek, sound-dampening accent wall in the executive office. Due to privacy concerns, the sound-dampening accent wall was a great way to, not only add aesthetics, but purpose to this space.
We partnered with Homestead Furniture out of North Stonington for an incredible handmade, live-edge coffee table and paired it with the perfect leather sofa from Burrow. To create a multi-purpose break room we added a kitchenette- style dry bar and mini-fridge as well as a floating shelf with bar-height stools to create a cafe experience for the employees.
Overall, the client was delighted with the transformation and invited us to their Grand Opening ribbon-cutting ceremony which was a great way to deliver the finished product!

Retail Transformation - Reactivation of New London Store Front

We assisted Fit F.A.M Fitness (The Factory of Aesthetics and Movement), a new Ninja Warrior -style full-service gym and recovery center, with a 9-month-long transformation project to relocate and scale the business to a 2,200 sq ft storefront unit in downtown New London, CT.
We strategically supported the client through the New London CT Business and Property Improvement Incentive Programs including the Façade Improvement program and effectively won an additional $10,000 from the Women’s Business Development Center (WBDC)!
The gym includes a muscle recovery center featuring a 6 person sauna, commercial Plunge ice bath and juice bar. From strategic planning to grant writing, this project was a true labor of love and one of my favorite transformations to date. You can check out this incredible new space on State Street in downtown New London,CT.

Airbnb - North Stonington Studio Living
Full Interior Design Services
With 30ft ceilings and ample sunlight, it was love at first sight. Designed for a young twenty-something, this studio apartment doubled as a permanent residence and weekend Airbnb. The client was gone frequently for work but wanted to share the boho chic hideaway with others while covering monthly expenses.

The Captain Daniel Packer Inne, also known as DPI, was built on the Mystic River over 250 years ago and offers a unique dining experience that takes you back in time.
Last year, we had the incredible opportunity to transform the inne and bring the magic of the holidays to all three floors.
We brought the holiday spirit to life with multiple themes, such as "Seaside Disco" and "Rustic Elegance," to elevate the charm and ambiance of each dining area.
PMI - Holiday Decorating
We partnered with PMI East Lyme , a full-service real estate asset management company that provides professional Residential, Commercial, Short-Term, and Realty services, to decorate their short-term rentals for the holidays. We offered holiday decorating bundles consisting of a base + theme.
